The cleanliness standards are alarming. The first room I entered had used towels and an unbearable smell from the bathroom. It took multiple requests just to get clean towels, and the overall maintenance of the rooms was very disappointing.

The location was ideal for exploring, making it easy to reach key attractions. I was particularly impressed with the warmth and professionalism of the staff, especially Bruna, who greeted us with genuine kindness. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options prepared daily by Paula. The housekeeping team did an excellent job as well. they kept our room immaculate throughout our four-night stay.

However, the absence of in-room coffee facilities and issues with housekeeping communication detracted from the overall experience. It's suitable for short stays, but improvements in guest amenities would be beneficial.
